By using AlignCheck, you agree to these terms. We've tried to keep them short and plain-English. If anything is unclear, email us.

What AlignCheck is

AlignCheck is a structured questionnaire and AI-generated report designed to help co-founders surface alignment gaps before they become problems. You answer 20 questions; your co-founder does the same; we generate a side-by-side analysis.

What AlignCheck is not

• Not legal advice. The report is not a substitute for a lawyer reviewing your operating agreement, partnership terms, or term sheet.
• Not financial advice. Our analysis cannot tell you whether your business will succeed or fail.
• Not therapy. If you and your co-founder are in active conflict, please see a real mediator.
• Not a verdict. The report is a starting point for a conversation. Use your judgement.

Your responsibilities

• Answer the questions honestly. Garbage in, garbage out.
• Don't share your account or your report with third parties.
• Don't use AlignCheck to harass, deceive, or manipulate your co-founder.

Refunds

30 days from purchase, full refund, no questions. Email hello@aligncheck.app. See our refund policy for details.

Limitation of liability

AlignCheck is provided "as is." We are not liable for any business decisions you make based on the report, including but not limited to entering or dissolving partnerships, signing or declining term sheets, or restructuring equity. Our maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid us ($299).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
